2 Months' Salary + Monthly Percentage

Our pricing is simple and transparent. We charge a recruitment fee of two months' salary for successfully placed tech talent. Additionally, a monthly management fee, based on a percentage of the candidate's salary, covers payroll, compliance, and ongoing support. You don't pay if you don't hire.
